I often feel that I am crazy. My beliefs about children and play, while researched, and true to heart, always left me feeling like an outsider. I felt like I was constantly struggling against a force that was much bigger than I. However, I found one of many allies. On Saturday I was given a flier for a conference being held in January. I looked to see who was sponsoring it and found a name I was unfamiliar with- the Alliance for Childhood. I sat down today and read over many of their published articles and position statements.

Thank you Alliance for Childhood. You have given me strength to keep fighting the good fight! Play and childhood can be saved!
